Chapter 7 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1301 et seq. ) is amended— by repealing section 262; in section 263— in subsection (a)— by striking the provisions of sections 261 and 262 and inserting section 261 ; by inserting and after alien crewmen, ; and by striking ,
(3)aliens confined in institutions and all that follows and inserting a period; and by repealing subsection (b); in section 264— in subsection (a), by striking , and the Attorney General is authorized and directed to prepare forms for the registration and fingerprinting of aliens under section 262 of this title ; and by repealing subsection (e); by repealing subsection
(b)of section 265; and by repealing section 266. Clause
(i)of section 237(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(3)(B) ) is repealed.
