Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for each of the following House of Representatives accounts shall be as follows: Salaries and Expenses , $1,878,346,000. Members’ Representational Allowances , $850,000,000. Salaries, Officers and Employees , $320,227,000, and the level under that heading for the Office of the Sergeant at Arms, $34,141,000. House of Representatives Modernization Initiatives Account , $2,000,000.
