Section 510 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 710 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— by striking the period beginning on October 1, 2024, and ending on March 31, 2025 and inserting fiscal year 2025 ; and by striking or 2025 ; and in subsection (f)(1), by striking the period beginning on October 1, 2024, and ending on March 31, 2025, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for the corresponding period for and inserting for fiscal year 2025, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for .
