There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act— $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended, for secure workspace buildout under the amendments made by section 4 and database system development under section 6; and $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 for all other activities.
