Section 18 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1544 ) is amended— by inserting , and make publicly available on the website data.gov, after to the Congress ; and in paragraph (1), by inserting , including any such expenditures made with respect to an experimental population (as that term is defined in section 10(j)) after to this Act .
