In this Act— the term consumer product has the meaning given such term in section 3(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2052(a) ); the term Secretary means the Secretary of Commerce; and the term token means a transferrable, digital representation of information recorded on a blockchain or other distributed ledger technology.
