Section 501(c)(1)(A)(viii) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)(viii) ) is amended— by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $7,500,000 ; and by striking for the portion of fiscal year 2025 before April 1, 2025 and inserting for the period beginning on October 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2025 .
