In fiscal year 2025 and thereafter, for all contracts for goods and services to which the Medicare and Payment Advisory Commission or the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission is a party, the following Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR)clauses will apply: FAR 52.232–39 and FAR 52.233–4 (or a successor clause).
