Section 1923(f)(6)(A)(vi) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(6)(A)(vi) ) is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting 2025 ; 2026 and for the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2027 by striking fiscal year 2025 and inserting fiscal year 2026 ; and by inserting , and the DSH allotment for Tennessee for the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2027, shall be $13,275,000 before the period. Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (7)(A)— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking April 1, 2025, and all that follows through 2027 and inserting January 1, 2027, and ending September 30, 2027, and for fiscal year 2028 ; and in clause (ii), by striking April 1, 2025, and all that follows through 2027 and inserting January 1, 2027, and ending September 30, 2027, and for fiscal year 2028 ; and in paragraph (8), by striking 2027 and inserting 2028 .
