There are authorized to be appropriated— $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to carry out the initial administrative steps necessary to set up operations, house, and administer the Commission; to carry out sections 6 and 7— $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2029, to remain available until expended; and $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2030 through 2032, to remain available until expended; and $500,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2032 to the Secretary of the Interior for housing the Commission, to remain available until expended.
