Section 415(c)(1) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6865(c)(1) ) is amended by striking $6,500 and inserting $12,000 . Section 422 of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6872 ) is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and inserting the following: $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028; $325,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and $350,000,000 for fiscal year 2030. .
