Chapter 2 of subtitle A of title VII of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058f et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Each year, the Assistant Secretary shall submit, to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and the Special Committee on Aging of the Senate and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives, a report that— aggregates all reports submitted under section 712(h) for such year; and provides a summary of the findings of such reports. .
