Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (7)(A)— in clause (i)— in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking 2026 through 2028 and inserting 2029 through 2031 ; and in subclause (II), by striking or period ; and in clause (ii), by striking 2026 through 2028 and inserting 2029 through 2031 ; and in paragraph (8), by striking 2027 and inserting 2031 . Section 1923(f)(6)(A)(vi) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(6)(A)(vi) ) is amended— in the header, by striking and inserting 2025 ; and 2028 by striking fiscal year 2025 and inserting fiscal year 2028 .
