Section 1902(e)(14) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(e)(14) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Beginning on October 1, 2027, in the case of an individual enrolled under subsection (a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII), a State shall redetermine the eligibility of such individual for medical assistance under the State plan of such State (or a waiver of such plan) once every 6 months. .
