Section 60112 of Public Law 117–169 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 note) is repealed. The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 60112 of Public Law 117–169 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 note) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded.
