Sec. 90001. Border infrastructure and wall system

In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available until September 30, 2029, $46,550,000,000 for necessary expenses relating to the following elements of the border infrastructure and wall system: Construction, installation, or improvement of new or replacement primary, waterborne, and secondary barriers.
Access roads. Barrier system attributes, including cameras, lights, sensors, and other detection technology. Any work necessary to prepare the ground at or near the border to allow U.S. Customs and Border Protection to conduct its operations, including the construction and maintenance of the barrier system.
