In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000, to remain available through September 30, 2029, to monitor Department of Defense activities for which funding is appropriated in this title, including— programs with mutual technological dependencies; programs with related data management and data ownership considerations; and programs particularly vulnerable to supply chain disruptions and long lead time components.
