Section 208(d)(3) ( 8 U.S.C. 1158(d)(3) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking may and inserting shall ; by striking Such fees shall not exceed and all that follows and inserting the following: Nothing in this paragraph may be construed to limit the authority of the Attorney General to set additional adjudication and naturalization fees in accordance with section 286(m). .
