Section 1672E(d)(1)(B) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925g(d)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended and inserting each of fiscal years 2024 through 2031 . Section 7601(g)(1)(A) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 5939(g)(1)(A) ) is amended adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall transfer to the Foundation to carry out this section, to remain available until expended, not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this clause, $37,000,000. .
Section 1446 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222a ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking paragraph (3); and by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (3); and in subsection (b), by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this section $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended. . Section 1680(c) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5933(c) ) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Authorization of Appropriations ; Funding by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $8,000,000, to remain available until expended. ; and in paragraph (2), as so redesignated— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting In general ; and Authorization of appropriations by striking Subject to paragraph

(3). Section 412(k)(1)(B) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7632(k)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking section $80,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 and inserting the following: section— $80,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2025; and $175,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 . Section 6 of the Research Facilities Act ( 7 U.S.C. 390d ) is amended— in the section heading by striking and inserting Authorization of appropriations ; and Funding in subsection (a)— by striking and inserting the following: Subject to
(a)In general.— Subject to ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out the competitive grant program under section 4, $125,000,000 for each fiscal year beginning with fiscal year 2026. .
