Section 890A of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 473 ) is amended— by striking Child-Rescue each place it appears; and in subsection (e)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting HERO Child-Rescue Corps ; HERO Corps Program in paragraph (1)(B), by inserting , as relevant after participants ; in paragraph (2), by inserting and fentanyl trafficking after child exploitation ; in paragraph (3)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting Corps before Program ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (v), by striking and ; in clause (vi), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: fentanyl trafficking. ; and by adding at the end the following:
Investigations and analysis described in paragraph (3)(B)(vii) may not make up more than 40 percent of the investigations and analysis conducted by participants of the HERO Corps Program. .
