The intelligence community (as defined in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3003 ) shall devote significant resources— to prioritize, to the extent feasible, the identification of individuals, networks, and tools that are used for perpetrating transnational repression against communities in the United States on behalf of foreign governments; to share relevant and appropriate information with like-minded partners; and to effectively coordinate such efforts with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the Department of State.
