Section 243 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6953 ) is amended by striking subsection

(d)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2028 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
