Section 51706 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)(1)(B)(iii), by striking nonprofit entity and inserting entity ; and by adding to the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated out of the Maritime Security Trust Fund, established under section 9512 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to carry out this section, $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2034. .
