Section 5403(c)(1)(A) of the Department of State Authorization Act of 2021 ( 22 U.S.C. 2736a(c)(1)(A) ) is amended by striking Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan for 2016–2020 and inserting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Strategic Plan for 2022–2026 . The President shall ensure that the recruitment, retention, and training policies that the Department of State is required to carry out under section 5403 of the Department of State Authorization Act of 2021 ( 22 U.S.C. 2736a ) are similarly carried out by the heads of the other international affairs agencies.
