There is authorized to be appropriated, for each of the fiscal years 2025 through 2027, in addition to amounts already authorized and appropriated for such purposes, in addition to amounts already authorized or appropriated for such purposes and in addition to any amounts authorized or appropriated by any other Act of Congress, $15,000,000 in Economic Support Funds, which shall be used to support universities in Lebanon that are patterned after United States universities. There is authorized to be appropriated, for each of the fiscal years 2025 through 2027, in addition to amounts already authorized or appropriated for such purposes and in addition to any amounts authorized or appropriated by any other Act of Congress, $20,000,000 in Economic Support Funds, which shall be used to support primary and secondary education for Lebanese host communities in Lebanon.
