Section 417 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032f ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking projects, and all that follows through to— and inserting the following: projects to serve individuals in younger generations and older individuals by developing, carrying out, and promoting participation in multigenerational activities to— ; in paragraph (2), by adding and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking opportunities for older individuals to become a mentor to individuals in younger generations; and and inserting “opportunities— for older individuals to become mentors to individuals in younger generations; and at facilities that serve older individuals or individuals in younger generations, at which multigenerational activities might occur. ; and by striking paragraph (4); in subsection (c)(2), by striking
