Section 346(b)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1994(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (i)(II), by inserting , to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year ; and in clause (iii), by inserting , to the extent practicable after September 1 of the fiscal year ; and in subparagraph (B)(iii), by inserting , to the extent practicable after April 1 of the fiscal year .
