Section 407 of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 ( 16 U.S.C. 2206 ) (as amended by section 2403(d)) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(g)as subsection (h); and by inserting after subsection
(f)the following: The Secretary shall— not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Rural Prosperity and Food Security Act of 2024 , make available in an easily accessible format and location on the website of the Department of Agriculture a list of emergency measures for which nonindustrial private forest land owners may receive a payment under subsection (b); and update the list described in paragraph
(1)as necessary. .
