Section 508 of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6578 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting , to remain available until expended before the period at the end; in subsection (b), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and by striking subsection

(d)and inserting the following: There is appropriated, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter to carry out this section, to remain available until expended. .
