There is appropriated, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated— $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended, for rural water and waste disposal grants under section 306(a)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(2) ); and $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended, for community facilities grants under section 306(a)(19) of that Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(19) ), to remain available until expended.
