Section 310H of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1936b(i) ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2), by striking Indian tribes and inserting federally recognized Indian Tribes and Tribal organizations (which shall include wholly or majority owned Tribal entities or corporations that provide services or programs consistent with the purposes of the program under this section) ; and in subsection (i)— by striking subsection and inserting section ; and by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 .
