Section 306A of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926a ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by striking entity; and inserting entity or federally recognized Indian Tribe or Tribal organization (including wholly or majority owned Tribal entities or corporations that provide services or programs consistent with the purposes of the program under this section); ; and in subsection (i)(2), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 .
