Section 306(a)(14) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(14) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may award grants under subparagraph
(A)for a period of more than 1 year, but not more than 5 years, to private nonprofit organizations described in subparagraph (B), as determined by the Secretary. .
