There is appropriated, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter to carry out— sections 6201 through 6203; and section 6306 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 2204b–3 ). In addition to the funds made available under subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as necessary for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 to carry out— sections 6201 through 6203; and section 6306 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 2204b–3 ). Of the funds made available by and pursuant to subsections

(a)and (b), respectively, for a fiscal year— not more than 25 percent may be used to carry out section 6203; and not more than 5 percent may be used to carry out section 6306 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 2204b–3 ).
