Section 6101 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–334 ; 132 Stat. 4725) is amended by adding at the end the following: Of the amount made available for business and industry guaranteed loans under section 310B(g) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(g) ) for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2031, the Secretary shall make available not less than 10 percent for supporting childcare programs (as defined in subsection (a)(2)(A)) and healthcare. .
