Section 3.7(f) of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 ( 12 U.S.C. 2128(f) ) is amended, in the undesignated matter following paragraph (2), by inserting or, in the case of such loans, commitments, and assistance that are guaranteed, means an area described in section 343(a)(13)(A) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( before the period at the end. 7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(13)(A) )
