Section 1501 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9081 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2)(B)— by redesignating clauses
(iii)through
(v)as clauses
(iv)through (vi), respectively; and by inserting after clause
(ii)the following: an alien who has applied for employment authorization and is authorized to accept employment pursuant to section 274a.12(c)(33) of title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (or a successor regulation); ; and in paragraph (4)(G), by striking livestock, and inserting livestock (including unweaned livestock), ; by striking the section designation and heading and all that follows through section: in the matter preceding paragraph

(b). Section 12512(b) of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 5856(b) ) is amended— by striking 1501(c) and inserting 1502(b) ; and by striking ( . 7 U.S.C. 9081(c) )
