Section 10409A(d) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Subsequent fiscal years ; and Fiscal years 2023 and 2024 by striking fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter and inserting each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this section $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, of which not less than $18,000,000 shall be made available for each of those fiscal years to carry out subsection (b). ; and in paragraph
(2)by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2029 .
