Section 508(a)(3)(A)(iii) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(a)(3)(A)(iii) ) is amended— by striking including scientifically and inserting the following: including— scientifically ; in subclause

(I)(as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: conservation practices and enhancements that are approved by— the Natural Resources Conservation Service; or an agricultural expert, as determined by the Secretary. .
