Section 420(f) of the Plant Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 7721(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking and at the end; by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2024; and ; and in paragraph
(7)(as so redesignated), by striking $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2018 and inserting $90,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 .
