Section 10606 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2), by striking $750 and inserting $1,500; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking subparagraphs
(A)through
(C)and inserting the following: $8,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2024; and such sums as are necessary for the Secretary to carry out this section for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
