Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Office of Management and Budget and inserting Office of the National Cyber Director ; and in paragraph (2), by striking Office of Management and Budget and inserting Office of the National Cyber Director .
