The following provisions of title 10, United States Code, are repealed: Section 222a. Section 222b. Section 222e (as added by section 211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 182)). The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 9 of such title is amended by striking the items relating to sections 222a, 222b, and 222e (as added by section 211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 182)).
Section 2806 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. 222a note) is repealed. Section 4716 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2756 ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Atomic Energy Defense Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 4716.
