The following laws shall apply, as prescribed by this Act and notwithstanding any other provision of Federal law, to the judicial branch of the Federal Government: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ( 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq. ). The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. ). The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ( 29 U.S.C. 621 et seq. ). The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. ). Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 ( 42 U.S.C. 2000ff et seq. ). Chapter 43 (relating to veterans’ employment and reemployment) of title 38, United States Code.
