Not later than 15 days before any decision to withdraw United States forces from any part of Syria where such forces are being deployed, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State shall jointly brief the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate , the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate , the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives , and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives on the likely impacts of such withdrawal.
