The Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 8101 et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Inspector General of the Department of Housing and Urban Development shall have all of the authorities and responsibilities provided under chapter 4 of title 5, United States Code, with respect to the corporation, as if the corporation were part of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. . Section 9101(3) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. .
