Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on Federal law enforcement officer training, vehicle pursuits, use of force, and interaction with citizens, and submit a report on such study to— the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate; the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives; the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives.
