The Secretary of Health and Human Services, in coordination with the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, shall develop, test, synthesize, and disseminate best practices and decision support tools related to the clinical care organization, delivery, and integration of clinical and social services for Long COVID and other infection-associated chronic conditions. For the purposes of carrying out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.
