Sec. 886. Prohibition on Department of Defense contracts with Chinese-owned online tutoring services

The Department of Defense shall terminate any existing contracts as soon as legally possible, and shall not contract in the future, with any company who provides online tutoring services that is owned or controlled by nationals of the People’s Republic of China. The prohibition under section
(a)shall take effect 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
