Section 3072 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2026 and inserting 2029 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking efforts and inserting initiatives ; by striking paragraph
(2)and redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking efforts. and inserting initiatives; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: other issues as determined appropriate by the Comptroller General. .
